KENYA CONFERENCE: JUNE, 2008

The world watched as ministry and mission leaders from all walks of life gathered in Nairobi for the 2006 MANI consultation to discuss the best way forward to finish The Great Commission. In the orality track for this consultation, a dream was born to formulate an African Initiative on Orality. The MANI orality committee was then established. During CRAF 2007 in Lome, Togo, the Orality Committee decided to run three regional conferences on orality throughout Africa in 2008. The first consultation took place in Johannesburg, South Africa from 22-23 February 2008. The other two are to be held in Nairobi, Kenya 17-19 June 2008 and Accra, Ghana 2-4 September 2008 respectively.
